The Wake Tech Libraries' mission is to provide resources and information
that supplement and support the studies and curricula of Wake Technical
Community College. The Libraries need your support in order to make the
greatest impact on resources that benefit the students and user community.
How You Can Become a Friend
You can become a Friend today by consulting the Needs list and purchasing a listed item(s) on behalf of the Libraries. If you have questions regarding what to purchase, feel free to speak with a library staff member.
Benefits of Becoming a Friend
When you become a Friend of the Wake Tech Libraries, you are awarded a certificate of membership to "Friends of the Library." This membership entitles you to recognition through the Wake Tech Foundation's publications and the Libraries' Web site. You will also receive invitations to library-related events sponsored by the Foundation. And, of course, your gift is tax deductible.
In addition to these benefits, becoming a Friend means that you are helping to provide materials that can enhance the educational experience for our students, as well as strengthen informatin literacy standards and economic impact within our community.
